1) Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

You can shop at Sara Textiles without creating an account. But it is highly recommend to create your account first as it will save you from entering your information every time.

3) I’ve forgotten my password – what should I do?

To reset your password, follow the ‘forgotten password’ instructions on the sign in page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

4) How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed while navigating our website as a guest user. We are offering a unique shopping experience for our online customers. Now buy online like you are in a shop! The price of the fabric is dependent on met-rage. We offer recommended cutting, but you can add to it if needed. Select your color choices (if applicable) on any product page, choose quantity and then press the add to cart button. Add your shipping details on the checkout page and review your order before selecting a place order now.

Try to place your order before 3 pm. So may receive order on time. Otherwise after 3 pm your order will be in process the next day

5) Is return/exchange policy acceptable?

No returns or exchanges on any sale items or with discount more than 10%.
No questions asked return or exchange within 10 days for non-sale items.

6) How to contact customer support (cs)?

7) How do I know if Sara Textiles have received my order?

After you place your order on the website, an acknowledgement email will be sent to you from Sara Textiles to confirm that your order has been placed.

8) Can I buy just one piece of the suit?

Yes, that option is available on our website from time to time in clearance section. If you see a piece of your choice there then just click on the piece and remember to add the desired numbers or of the length of cloth you want to buy.

9) What kind of payment methods do you accept?

Currently, the following payment methods are accepted:

  1. Cash on delivery
    this option is available for customers throughout Pakistan. Using this option, you can pay cash to the delivery agent upon receipt of your order. Please ensure that you have the exact amount at hand since our delivery agents do not carry change/petty cash.
  2. Prepaid options
    our secure payment services allow for visa, master card, American express to be used for payment. All your details and your data will be securely transmitted from end-to-end via ssl encryption, once this feature is activated.

10) How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

All orders will be delivered by our courier service providers within 3-5 working days within Pakistan and 5-10 days for international orders. If your order has not been delivered in the specified time, please contact our customer care.

11) What if an incomplete order is delivered to me?

Full care is taken to ensure that no incomplete order is shipped out. However, in case such a mishap does occur, you can get in touch with our customer care to identify this issue and we will rectify it at the earliest, at no extra charge.

12) I have a comment/suggestion regarding your product/service
